Red Anster

Presenting a delicate and crumbly cheese reminiscent of Caerphilly, this is the flavour-enhanced counterpart to Anster.

With the addition of Annatto, fresh garlic, and chives, it offers a mild taste. The finish is marked by onion notes, and near the natural rind, you'll detect cellar-like, almost mushroomy nuances.

This cheese undergoes an aging process of typically 2 to 4 months.
